Chicken Crack is a highly addictive fried chicken coating that will have you craving fried chicken in the middle of the night. You will recieve a 13 ounce (about 3 cups) resealable package. This product works best when chicken is marinated in buttermilk for a few hours and then patted down in the Chicken Crack, it can also be used by dipping the chicken in thick style Italian dressing instead of the buttermilk. We like to use a Canola blend oil but any heavy frying oil or shortening can be used. Works great in deep fryers, pressure cookers or just a plain old frying pan. Chicken can also be par-fried and finshed in the oven. Shipping to all 50 US States. Single orders will ship 1st class mail, multiple 13 ounce orders will ship priority mail.
