Name: John Comments: Mix 1/2 cup Chicken Crack, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour and i/2 tsp baking powder with enough water to give a pancake like batter. Slice boneless skinless chicken breast across the grain into 1/2 inch thick slices and blend into batter mix. Use tongs to pick up pieces from batter. Deep fry at 350 degrees until medium brown. Allow to cool enough to eat and dig in. Excellent batter that sticks well and is lightly crisp. What a flavor the Chicken Crack gives it.
