Oven Fry Chicken Strips Fried Chicken Recipe-
2 split chicken breast cut into three (the long way)
1 cup Chicken Crack
1 teas rosemary
1/4 Cup oil
Preheat oven to 375
Dip skinless boneless chicken breast pieces in the buttermilk, Rosemary and egg mix, shake off extra, pat down in Chicken Crack.
Pour 1/4 cup of oil into a non stick rectangle cake pan , place chicken breast pieces in oil, cook for 25 minutes on one side, then flip chicken pieces for an additional 5 or 6 minutes.
Remove chicken pieces and drain on paper towel.
