Apartment Building Deliveries, if your apartment complex uses a parcel room and you fail to collect your parcel from them and it gets shipped back to us, we will not re-mail it without collecting a new shipping fee.
Shipping Information - ChickenCrack.com does not charge a handling fee. All shipping rates are determined by the US Postal Service. Parcels under 11 ounces can ship by 1st class mail, the cost of 1st Class service starts at $4.41 and can go upwards to $7.75. Parcels over 15 ounces must ship by Priority Mail, starting actual cost for Priority Mail is $8, Far west and southern zones can go up to $24.00 actual cost. In some cases we may elect to send customer orders in a flat rate box at a cost of $15.25 as a cost savings measure for our customers.
We are less than happy with the Postal Service raising rates many times per year but it is something we have zero control over. We will sometimes elect to use UPS as a cost savings measure for larger orders. We are hopeful that UPS will add an option for small parcel delivery soon.
Shipping Cut Off for same day shipping is 11am EST, Orders after 11am EST ship next day. Orders that are placed after 11am EST on Friday will ship on Monday Morning providing it is not a holiday.
