Around 1/6/2022 we closed due to covid. We asked paypal to make refunds on orders that we were not able to process. While they completed a lot of those refund's they clearly did not process all of them. I processed the balance of those this morning upon my return to work this morning. Sorry I was unable to process those refunds from my phone.

Apartment Building Deliveries, if your apartment complex uses a parcel room and you fail to collect your parcel from them and it gets shipped back to us, we will not re-mail it without collecting a new shipping fee.

Delayed shipping - we are still operating, we have scaled back the number of associates per shift so we are able to maintain proper social distancing, Orders are currently being shipped out within 24 hours and most are same day. While we ship parcels everyday, the postal service is experiencing a high number of employee absenteeism, this may lead to delays in the shipping times that paypal sends to you once we generate a shipping label for your order. We ask that you continue to check the tracking number located on your paypal shipping notice for progression updates on your parcel. We are unable to see anything more than what you see when you track your package.
Shipping Information - ChickenCrack.com does not charge a handling fee. All shipping rates are determined by the US Postal Service. Parcels under 13 ounces can ship by 1st class mail, the cost of 1st Class service starts at $4 and can go upwards to $5.60. Parcels over 13 ounces must ship by Priority Mail, starting actual cost for Priority Mail is $8, Far west and southern zones can go up to $19.80 actual cost. In some cases we may elect to send customer orders in a flat rate box at a cost of $13.75 as a cost savings measure for our customers.
Shipping Cut Off for same day shipping is 11am EST, Orders after 11am EST ship next day. Orders that are placed after 11am EST on Friday will ship on Monday Morning providing it is not a holiday.
